Baumgardner Mr. Roy Lee Baumgardner, 55, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2002, at Johnston Memorial Hospital. Roy was of the Baptist faith and had attended Alvarado Bible Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Edd Baumgardner; two brothers, Jerry Linville Baumgardner and Gary Eugene Baumgardner; and a sister, Susie Harr. Survivors include his wife, Janie Montgomery Baumgardner; three daughters, Lisa Marie Baumgardner of the home, Tanya Lynn Emmert and husband, Jamie, of Bristol Tennessee and Jana Michelle Stitt and husband, Greg, of Bristol Tennessee; two sons, Stephen Roy Baumgardner and wife, Amy, of Abingdon and Anthony Dale Baumgardner of the home; two grandchildren, Lauren Deneise Baumgardner and Stephen Lane Baumgardner; his mother, Ella Mae Baumgardner of Bristol Tennessee; a sister, Dorothy Parks of Bluff City; 18 nieces and nephews; and 19 great-nieces and great-nephews. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003, at 2 p.m. in Alvarado Bible Church with Pastor Larry Bales and Rev. Mark Baumgardner officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Donnie Fritz, Fernando Castro, Sam Blevins, Cliff Woods, Randy Neal, Graham Sweet, Dewey Sweet and Roger Parks. Honorary casketbearers will be Bob Mitchell, Travis Fritz, Bud Roe, Marshall Wright, Richard Rutherford, Dave Sweet, Wayne Rutherford, Arian Kestner, Robert Montgomery, Daryl Montgomery, Bob Baumgardner, Jimmy Lewis, Rev.
