Judy Baumgardner

ABINGDON -- Mrs. Judy Marie Rice Baumgardner, 53, passed away Saturday, March
15, 2003, in Grace Health Care of Abingdon. 

Judy had been a resident of this area since 1965 and was a member of the
Pleasant View United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Harold Baumgardner, Abingdon; her parents, Robert
and Alberta Rice, Abingdon; a daughter, Mechelle Fleenor, Bristol Virginia;
stepson, Blaine Baumgardner, Glade Spring; stepdaughter, Nora Cook, Bristol
Virginia; her brother, John Rice and wife Brenda, Bristol Tennessee;
grandchildren, J.C. Fleenor and Terri Lea Fleenor; and special friends, Connie
Price of Damascus and Michelle Oliver, Abingdon.

The funeral service will be conducted Monday, March 17, 2003, at 2:30 p.m. in
the Farris Cremation and Funeral Center, located on the grounds of Forest Hill
Memory Gardens, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA (276-623-2727). The Reverend
Walter Statzer will officiate.

Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Washington County
Hospice Support Services, P.O. Box 1172, Abingdon, VA 24212.

Funeral Center, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon.
