She was a native of Washington County, Va., and had lived in the Lexington, Va., area before returning to Abingdon eight years ago. She was a graduate of Abingdon High School and attended Virginia Highlands Community College and Southern Seminary. She was a former employee of Washington and Lee University and a member of Greendale Chapel. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Pete and Pinky Lotts. Survivors include one son, Joshua Campbell of Lexington; her parents, K.W. (Wick) and Phyllis Eggers Lotts of Abingdon; her maternal grandparents, Richard and Dora Mae Eggers of Abingdon; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and a host of friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2003, in the Greendale Chapel with the Rev. Jerry A. Eggers officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Pallbearers will be Eddie McConnell, Gene Miller, Dean Little, John Henderson, Bill Jones and Lance Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be H.S. Fogleman, additional cousins, and men of The Greendale Chapel. The family will be at the home of Richard and Dora Mae Eggers, 17480 Jerry Lane, Abingdon.
