Roy E. Doss
    DAMASCUS -- The committal service and interment for Roy E. Doss will be at
11 a.m. Friday at Sunset Memorial Park in Damascus. Pallbearers will be L.J.
Doss, Randy Doss, Larry Doss, Kenny Doss, Kenny Gentry. and Charles Cook.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jack DeBusk, Paschal Grindstaff, Joe Goolsby, Roy
C. Thomas Jr., Dr. Emory H. Robinette and Dr. Ernest Henry. The family,
minister, pallbearers and friends will all meet at 10:30 a.m. Friday at
Garrett Funeral Home to go in procession to the cemetery. Condolences and
special memories may be sent to the family via e-mail at
condolences@garrettfuneralhome.com.
    Mr. Doss, 75, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in
Abingdon after a lengthy illness. Garrett Funeral Home in Damascus is serving
the family of Mr. Doss.
