Hilton ABINGDON -- Funeral services for Donald E. Hilton will be held at Abingdon United Methodist Church at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, 2003, with the Rev. Dr. Robert N. Lominack Jr. and the Rev. Loretta Stutz officiating. Pallbearers will be Larry McClure, Edwin McClure, Teddy McClure, Levi Otey Jr., Doug Raines, C.T. "Butch" Meredith, Mike Lawson and Bill Mink. Graveside services will follow in The Chapel of Memories Mausoleum at Knollkreg Memorial Park. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, 126 W. Valley St., Abingdon,VA 24210 or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 246, Abingdon,VA 24212. Mr. Hilton,peacefully joined his heavenly family early in the morning, Tuesday, after a courageous battle with heart failure.
