Jackson JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. -- Mr. Jimmy Allen Jackson, 40, of 162 Leach Circle died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, at Johnson City Medical Center after a brief illness. Mr. Jackson was a native of Washington County, Va., and was son of the late Dorothy Robinson Morrell and Edward Morrell, Bluff City. He was a member of Buffalo Valley Freewill Baptist Church. Mr. Jackson was a carpenter. In addition to his father, survivors include his wife, Sharon Jackson of the home; two daughters, Amanda Casey of Limestone, and Jessica Jackson of the home; two sons, Michael Clark and Jimmy Jackson Jr., both of the home; one sister, Shirley Booher of Atlanta; four brothers, Randy Jackson of Elizabethton, Ricky Jackson of Blountville and Kevin Morrell and Jason Morrell, both of Bluff City; one granddaughter, Alexis Casey of Limestone; many cousins; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dallas Gregg and Rev. Dennis Poe officiating. Interment services will follow in Maple Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Randy Jackson, Terry Landers, Michael Clark, Michael Casey, Ricky Jackson, Kevin Morrell, Jimmy Jackson Jr., Matthew Landers, Marcus Landers, Jason Morrell and James Ayers.
