Perryman ABINGDON -- Mr. Thomas R. Perryman, 50, died Friday, March 28, 2003, at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born May 31, 1952, in Augusta, Ga., to Robert Miller and Mary Collins Perryman. Mr. Perryman was an Eagle Scout of Boy Scout Troop 716. He graduated from Parkland High School, East Carolina University and Appalachian State University. He was curator of exhibits/assistant director at the Hickory Museum of Art, Hickory, N.C., and then curator of arts at the William King Regional Arts Center in Abingdon. Surviving are his parents, Bob and Mary Perryman of Winston-Salem; a twin brother, Bobby Perryman and wife Teresa of Little Rock, Ark.; a sister, Linda P. Holleman of Terrell; and special friends, John Greenwell and Steve and Linda Hale. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Patricia F. Garner officiating. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Capital Campaign Fund at Trinity Moravian Church, 220 E. Sprague St., Winston-Salem, NC 27127.
