Dorothy Lee Rector
    Dorothy Lee Rector, 76, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday,
Jan. 3, 1003, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born in Bristol
Tennessee, the daughter of the late Joe and Cordelia Cunningham Davidson. She
was a homemaker, a devoted mother and lifelong resident of the Bristol area.
She was a member of North Bristol Baptist Church, where she worked in the one
and two-year-old nursery for 38 years.
    Survivors include: husband of 56 years, Earl Raymond Rector; sons and
daughters-in-law, James E. and Donnie Rector of Kingsport and Jerry and
Barbara Rector of Bristol Virginia; six grandchildren; three great-
grandchildren; and brothers, Albert Davidson and J.W. Davidson.
    Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 5 p.m. in the Weaver Funeral Home
Chapel with Joey Rector, grandson, officiating. Committal services will be
held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Knollkreg Cemetery. Pallbearers will be
grandsons. Honorary pallbearers include: elders and deacons of North Bristol
Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3-4:45 p.m.
