Frank Slagle
    ABINGDON -- The committal service and interment for Frank Slagle will be
at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002, at Sunset Memorial Park in Damascus.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Quesenberry, Frankie Quesenberry, Vic
Kegley, Myrl Dunham and Bud Parks. In lieu of flowers, the family requests
that memorial contributions be sent to Damascus Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O.
Box 458, Damascus,VA 24236. Condolences may be sent to the family via e-mail
at condolences@garrettfuneralhome.com.
     Mr. Slagle, 93, of the Alvarado community passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4,
2002, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon. 
     Garrett Funeral Home in Damascus is serving the family of Mr. Slagle.
