    GLADE SPRING -- The funeral service for Mrs. Patricia "Patsy" Carol
Ratliff Thompson will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, 2003, in Farris
Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ralph Surber and Rev. Dean King officiating.
    Interment will follow in Baptist Cemetery in Glade Spring. Casketbearers will
be Jimmy Miller, Eric Jackson, Brandon Jackson, Craig Jackson, Olin White and
Joe Davis. Honorary casketbearers will be Larry Davis, Wayne Rust, Allen
Oliver, Fred Hawthorne, Steve Cook and Seth Cook. The family will receive
friends from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home or any time at their

    Mrs. Thompson, 61, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2003, at home. Farris Funeral
Service, 427 E. Main St., Abingdon, VA 24210, is serving the family of Mrs.
Patricia "Patsy" Carol Ratcliff Thompson.
