Ustick to wit: Hannah, Elvira, Elizabeth and Jane Catherine for the benefit of my daughter Jane during her natural life should she survive me. I also give to the said Hannah & Elvira to each of them one of my feather beds a bedsheet and the furniture of the bed. The residue of such household & kitchen furniture and my spinning wheel & reel as I may possess at the time of my decease I devise to the above named four granddaughters which is to be divided among them at the discretion of my said daughter Jane their mother. I give and bequeath to Margaret Smith and Elizabeth Pareesit(?) the two oldest daughters of my daughter Sarah Fuller the sum of fifty dollars each. I also give and bequeath to my daughter Jane & her daughters Hannah & Elvira the sum of fifty dollars each should there remain at the time of my decease enough to pay them that amount, but if not then they are to receive whatever may remain less that fifty dollars each which is to be equally divided between them. Whatever money I may have on hand at my decease after the payment of my just debts & legacies together with such debts as are justly due to me including one hundred seventy dollars loaned by me to my son James Berry, I give and bequeath to my three sons James Berry, William Berry and John Berry to be divided equally between them. I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane one milch cow -- I hereby appoint Andrew Russell Executor of this my last Will and testament. Supplemental to the Will of Anne Berry bearing date the 14th day of December 1722. after the word me in the ninth line on the first page from the top these words are to be added to wit, and after the death of my said daughter Jane I give and devise my said house & lot to the above named four daughters of the said John G. Ustick to them & their heirs forever. -- The devise in my will of a milch cow to my daughter Jane is hereby revoked, and I hereby devise the same cow to her daughter Elvira. I hereby appoint the above named Andrew Russell trustee to manage the benefits accuring under my Will to my daughter Jane for the best advantage and comfort of the said Jane. The last Will & Testament of Anne Berry dec.d was exhibited in court & proved by the oath of Jacob Lynch and Arthur Campbell the subscribing witnesses thereto and a codicil thereto annexed was proved in court by the oath of Eli H. Parent and Charles H. Havely the witnesses thereto and the said Will & Codicil are ordered to be recorded.
