Persons or organizations desiring to use this material, must obtain the written consent of the contributor, or the legal representative of the submitter, and contact the listed USGenWeb archivist with proof of this consent. ***************************************************************** I, ARMSTRONG CLARK, of the County of Washington and State of Virginia do hereby make my last Will & Testament in manner and form following; that is to say 1st I desire that all my just debts be paid. 2nd I give to my beloved wife Margaret the whole of my estate both real & personal during her lifetime or widowhood. 3rd If anything is found remaining in my wifes hands at her death I desire it shall be equally divided amongst my children with the exception of my eldest daughter Susannah and my eldest son James them having already received seventy dollars each in property and which I desire shall be taken into consideration and stand as a charge against them in the final division of my estate at the death of my wife, and lastly I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
