WASHINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA - WILL BOOK 1 PAGE 82 Will of Thomas McCullough - Washington Co., VA Will Book 1:82 proven November 24, 1780 In the Name of God Amen. Thomas McCullough of the County in the state of Virginia being in my full senses Do make this my last Will and Testament. I give to my Wife Isabel an equal part with my children of my movable Estate and full possessions she lives on while she continues single, and then to go to the use of my oldest Son John. And I give my other place lying on the North Fork of Holston to my second Son Robert, and likewise giveth to my Daughters Rachel, Mary, Sarah, and Martha, an equal proportion of my moveables, with my __ Sons, after ___ to sale and my lawful Debts paid, except one third of __ of the moveable Estate belonging to my second Son Robert, to be given to my oldest Son John, and also my two Sons an equal part of my Warrant of seven hundred Acres to be located on Kentucky. And I likewise leave my Wife and Son John my whole sole Executors. In Witness whereof I have here my Hand and Seal this Ninth Day of October 1780.
