BLACKWELL, Commissioner of Accounts of the Circuit Court for the County aforesaid in the State of Virginia, do here by certify that after having first advertised the same as required by law I proceeded to state and settle the accquaints of D.S. McNEW, Administrator of C.M. WHITAKER, deceased, and find the foregoing to be a true settlement of the same. There is due from said Administrator the sum of $60.21 upon which he will be chargeable with interest from the 25th day of April 1903. Given under my hand this December 30th 1905 A.R.
