Contributor's Notes:  Calvin M. Whiteaker was born in Washington
County, VA, in about 1824.  He was the son of Moses Whiteaker and
his wife Mary "Polly" Bowman.  His wife was Elizabeth McNew.
Surnames have been capitalized for clarity.

	Virginia, Washington County, to-wit:

I, A.R. BLACKWELL, Commissioner of Accounts of the Circuit Court
for the County aforesaid in the State of Virginia, do here by
certify that after having first advertised the same as required
by law I proceeded to state and settle the accquaints of D.S.
McNEW, Administrator of C.M. WHITAKER, deceased, and find the
foregoing to be a true settlement of the same.  There is due from
said Administrator the sum of $60.21 upon which he will be
chargeable with interest from the 25th day of April 1903. Given
under my hand this December 30th 1905 A.R. BLACKWELL Court of
Accounts

At a Circuit Court continued and held for Washington County at
the Court House thereof, on this 12th day of Febraury 1906. A
settlement of this Administration Account of D.S. McNEW,
Administrator of C.M. WHITAKER, deceased, which has been filed in
the Clerk's Office of the Court for more than one month past and
to which there are no exceptions, was examined by the Court found
