Given under my hand, at Richmond, this 30th day of August 1786. Signed: P. Henry Richard Murray says he was wounded at Whalin commonly known by the name of Buford's Defeat --has been much severly cut in the left hand and wrist so as to totally render it unfitt for use--he has also other wounds on the body--he appears to me to come fully under the term pensioner as far as relates to disability.
