Copy teste: Richard Parker C L C I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that Ann Owen, widow of Thomas Owen, late a private in the 1st Regiment of Artillery and who died in the service of the United States is entitled to the sum of twelve pounds yearly to commence from the first day of January 1786.
