(or doubting?) but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again as touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give devise and dispose off(sic) the same in the following manner and form Item I give to my son Thos Asbury my still Item I give to my daughter in law Ann Asbury two pair of sheets and the others to my two daughters Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth Muse one hundred and fifty acres of land lying in Fairfax County and the Other hundred and fifty acres of land of the same track(sic) of land in the same county to Jeremiah Muse Item I give unto my daughter Mary Rochester my riding horse Item I give to my grand daughter Anne Wright my bridle and saddle Item I give to my son Thomas Asbury my gold ring Item I give to my daughter Eliza Muse my ____ made skillet Item I give to Henry Asbury, Coleman Asbury, Jeremiah Muse, Ann Asbury, Walker Muse, Penelipy(sic) Muse, Nicholas Rochester, William Rochester all my Other estate to be equally divided amongst them Item my will and desire is that Thomas Asbury and Gerard Hutt should be my executors of this my last will – Test, her Gerard Hutt ) Anne A Asbury Thomas Robinson ( mark his ) Thomas / Blundle ( mark ) (Note: Neither Anne nor Thomas Blundle could write their names.) Westmoreland Sct: At a court held for the said County 25th Novemr 1755—This last will and testament on Ann Asbury died and was proved by the oaths of Gerard Hutt, Thomas Robinson, and Thomas Blundle: And on the motion of the said Gerd Hutt and Thomas Asbury, the executors therein named, and their performing what is usual in such cases, certificate is granted them for Obtaining a probate thereof in due form Test, Recorded the 15th day of Decemr 1755) George Lee, CCW Pr ) G L C C W _ ) Additional Comments: I am unable to say which Thomas Blundell it was who witnessed this will. It is probably Thos IV, b after 1716, mar bet 1736-1750, he & wife Jemima sold some land in Westmo in 1753, and I have no death date for him. Have not found children for him either. Thos Blundell, Sr (grandfather) died after he wrote deed to grandson in 1707- within 5-10 years. Thos Jr I haven’t a death date for, but was born 1650s so doubt that he was still alive. Thos III left a 1732 will and died shortly thereafter.
