I John Bell of the County of Westmoreland being sick & weak but in sound memory do make this to be my last will & Testament as followeth, I will all those debts and duties I owe wither in right or conscience to any manner of a person or persons be well and truly paid or ordained to be in convenience time after my decease by my Executrix hereafter named, that is my wife Mary Bell I order as my Executrix. Item: I give and bequeath unto my well beloved wife Mary Bell my land which I now live on to have and To hold the said land with all the appurtences thereunto belonging to her and her heirs forever but if the said Mary shall contain a widow there to fall to the heirs after her decease. I also give to my well beloved wife all my whole estate moveable and Immoveables, quick & Dead, only I give unto my well beloved friend Thomas Webb, one cow and Yearling, and land to lant In so long as he shall live, I further order my Well beloved wife to see this my last will and Testament, performed, and to this I subscribe.
