Invoking and annulling all other and former wills by me made as promises. ITEM I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Marmaduke wife of Vincent Marmaduke the following negroes now in their possession. Viz, Orange and Siller and her three children Annie, Herby and Humpahiray and their future increase to her and her Heirs forever. ITEM I give and bequeth unto my two grandchildren, Martha Omohundroe and Annie Omohundroe, negroes Maria and her child now in possession of their father Thomas Omohundroe and negroe Patty and all their future increase to be equally divided between them when they arrive at the age of twenty-one years or marry, but should of either of my said granddaughters die before that period it is my will and desire that the survivor of them in that went should have them all. ITEM It is my will and desire that my loving wife Sarah Bludell (if she should survive me) leave the use of all the residue of my estate during her natural life and after her death I give and bequeath to my grandson Elliott Stone, son of Presley Stone two negroes Harry and Juliett, together with and equal proportions of all the residue of my Estate (negroes excepted) with all my other grandchildren that may be then living to be equally divided among them, but should Elliott Stone die before he arrives to the age of twenty-one years or without lawful issue, it is my will that the property here given to him should pass with my other Estate to the children of my two daughters Annie Omohundroe and Elizabeth Marmaduke. ITEM It is my will and desire that all my Negroes not before named should be equally divided after the death of my wife among the surviving children of my two daughters Annie Omohundroe and Elizabeth Marmaduke and the residue of my estate to be also divided among them and my grandson Elliott Stone. I appoint my sons-in-law Thomas Omohundroe and Vincent Marmaduke executors of my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifteen signed sealed and acknowledged in the presence of Richard T. Brown. John Hunter and Susan P Hunter. Thomas Blundell his mark At a Court of Quarterly sessions begun and held for Westmoreland County the 28th day of May 1821 the last will and testament of Thomas Blundell being presented in court, and fully proved, is ordered to be recorded. Hazard, Jr.; Daniel William, Sr. who md Sarah 'Sally' or Dorothy 'Dally' Williams and moved to Fairfax County by 1800; Fanny Baker md Presley Stone, had Elliott abt 1798 and Fanny died before the will was written; Jane md Michael 'Miles' Hines Robey, III as his second wife and joined him in Fairax County; Elizabeth 'Betsey' V. md Vincent Marmaduke 1803 Westmoreland County; Martha Ann 'Annie' md Thomas Omohundro 1808 Westmoreland County. We believe Thomas Blundell provided for those members of his family that remained in Westmoreland County and not those who had established themselves elsewhere.
