Weedon John Elliott The last Will and Testament of Danll. White decd. was proved by the Oath of Thomas Weedon (Wm. Plott the other witness thereto of being dead) a Probat thereof granted to John White Executor therein named and Ordered to be Recorded. It is also Ordered that the sd. John White Doe return a full & perfect Inventory and account of the sd. Estate to the next Court (having already took his Corporall oath for the performance thereof.) And it is further Ordered that Capt. Thomas Gibson, Robert Redman, John Brown, David Brown & Thomas Weedon or any three of them being first Sworn before some of his Majties Justices for the County Doe sometyme before the next Court value and appraise the sd.
