WISE COUNTY, VIRGINIA Beginning at two large white oaks on top of a spur of the dividing ridge of the waters of two Forks of Bold Camp corner of a survey made for Robert Bice; thence about East to the top of Main Dividing Ridge, and with the top of said ridge following its meanders to a line or corner of Cornelius H. Baker's land, and thence with Rily Mullins line reversed to a corner of Robert Bice survey and with said Bice's line to the beginning. With all its appurtenances unto the said Louvina Hill during her natural life, and then unto the said Jefferson D. Hill and Henry J. Hill one moiety and to Alexander, Franklin P. Warder and William Warder, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and thirty two Dollars to them in hand paid, do grant, bargain and sell with General Warranty unto the said Louvina Hill to be held by her during her natural life, and at her death to be held one- half by Jefferson Hill and Henry J. Hill, and the other half by Alex Hill, Franklin, Eliza J. Dotson and Susan V.
