Riner WISE -- Hannah Melbia (Mullins) Riner, 88, was called home to be with the Lord Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003, at Norton Community Hospital, Norton. She was a member of Glamorgan Chapel and was an avid homemaker. Hannah was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel G. Mullins and Amy (Smith) Mullins; and one sister, Lola Gilliam. Surviving are her husband, William Riner; three sons, Robert Riner, Wayne Riner and Gary Riner; one sister, Kathryn Barker of Wise; two brothers, Gilford Mullins and Ransom Mullins, both of Wise; and her future heritage is four grandchildren, Greg, Amy, Samuel and Daniel. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel, Wise, with Pastor Greg Sergent and Pastor Jeff Sams officiating. Burial will follow in Wise Cemetery, Wise. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Sturgill Funeral Home, Wise. Sturgill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
