Mae R. Rogers

WISE --Mae Roberts Rogers, 83, passed away Monday, Nov. 25, 2002, at her home
in Wise.

She was an avid homemaker and had attended the Stephens Church of God since
1953.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl (Skim) Rogers; and her parents,
Willie Floyd and Rosa Hensley Roberts. Surviving are one daughter, Linda Gail
Breeding and husband, Larry, of Wise; one grandson, Dr. Todd Breeding and wife
Valarie of Lexington, Ky.; two great-granddaughters, Olivia Breeding and
Madeline Breeding, both of Lexington; one great-grandson, Jackson Carl
Breeding of Lexington; one sister, Faye Massey of Norton; several nieces and a
nephew; and a very special niece, Brenda Bolling of Norton.

Funeral services will be conducted 7 p.m. Wednesday at Sturgill Funeral Home
Chapel, Wise, with Rev. Cliff Bowman and Dr. Todd Breeding officiating.
Graveside committal services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Wise
Cemetery, Wise. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until time of
services at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Sturgill Funeral Home, Wise. Memorials or
contributions may be made to the Stephens Church of God, 6619 Stephens Road,
Wise, VA 24293. Sturgill Funeral Home, Wise, is in charge of arrangements.
