Stapleton NORTON -- Sarah Margaret Stapleton, 49, died Monday, Dec. 30, 2002, at her home on 14th Street. She was born the daughter of the late Lee and Georgia Dunavent Stapleton. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Tom and Curtis Duane Stapleton; and four sisters, Grace Lunsford, Ida Church, Betty Jo Stapleton and Linda Lee Stapleton. She attended the Church of Christ. Survivors: brothers, Wendell Stapleton, Union City, Ind., Palmer Stapleton, Farmland, Ind., Jurrel Stapleton, Seymour, Tenn., and Steve Stapleton, Norton; and sisters, Ada Mullins, Coeburn and Alice Stidham, Norton. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Darrell Bolling officiating. Burial will be in the Laurel Grove Cemetery in Norton. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Stapleton family is being served by Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home of Norton.
