Wireman COEBURN -- Roger M. Wireman, 40, passed away Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003, at his home in the Riverview section of Coeburn. He was preceded in death by a son, Ryan Wireman; his father, Ervin Wireman; his mother, Emma Lea Wireman; and a sister, Crystal Wireman. He was a member of the Riverview Pentecostal Church. Surviving are his wife, Shelley Wireman; a son, Chase Wireman of Coeburn; four brothers, Eddie Wireman, Ricky Wireman and Greg Wireman, all of Tacoma, Va., and Shannon Wireman of Wise; six sisters, Diane Dean of Lenoir, N.C., Judy Hudson and Roberta Wireman, both of Hazard, Ky., Haroldine Stanley, Edna Wireman and Beverly Simmons, all of Coeburn; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Cathy and Al Hartford of Coeburn; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Riverview Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Mike Lawson and Rev. Joe Dearry officiating. Burial will follow in the Buchanan Family Cemetery, Coeburn. The family will receive friends after 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Riverview Pentecostal Church, Coeburn. Sturgill Funeral Homes, Coeburn, is in charge of arrangements.
