Approved March 4, 1898 Whereas Martin Weiser, of Wythe county, served in the late war, and was wounded through the arm, and since then the said arm has been almost, if not entirely useless, so that he is not in a condition to support himself: therefore, 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, directed to list Martin Weiser to receive a pension of fifteen dollars a year as long as he lives: provided, it is first proven before the county court that the facts herein set forth are true, and that the said Martin Weiser is now in poor and needy circumstances, and the certificate of the finding of the said court is to be certified to the auditor of public accounts. 2.
