ABSTRACT OF WILL OF ACHILLES FANNIN - WYTHE CO., VA - 1834

        In the name of God, Amen.  I Acles (sic) Fannen, in the county of
   Wythe, do make this my last will and testament.
        I give to my wife Molly all my lands and personal estate during her
   life and after her death the lands shall be equally divided between my
   two sons, Bryant Fannen and Acles Fannen.  In two years after my death
   my two sons shall pay to my two daughters, Abbegil (sic) Havens and Mary
   Muncy, one hundred dollars each in good property.  [Dated Nov 20, 1830,
   proven Jan 17, 1834]
