The estate to be appraised by John Roade and Robt. Bouth on 27th this July and Mr. Wm. Pryor or Mr. Francis Morgan to admr. oaths. That Jno. Underwood who married the relict of Wm. Caynhooe deed, having produced a/c of the estate to be given quietus est. Present: George Ludlowe Esqr., Mr. John Chow, Capt. John Chisman That John Hartwell by virtue of a warrant from Capt. John West did press a gun of Edw. Adcocke's above a year ago which "was to be suddenly redelivered", but not yet done. Hartwell ordered to deliver the gun or pay for it. Present: Capt. Ralph Wormly Admr. of the estate of John Davis "her late deceased husband ___" to - Battin. This may possibly be "deceased kinsman." Page 149: Admr. of estate of Benjamin Pigsly to Thos Wms. as creditor to the estate 1295 lb tobo. That by confession of John Underwood he owes Toby Smith for certain clothes and Smith owes him tobacco. This debt assigned to Mr. Richd. Lee. All ref. to next Court. Joane Trotter to have admr on estate of Tho. Trotter her late husband, deceased. That mary Terry have admr. on estate of John Terry her late husband. Peeter Knight states that Capt. Christopher Wormeley dec'd. owed him 825 lb. tobo. Capt. Ralph Wormeley the exor ordered to pay. Also that Knight pay 42 shillings Sterling he owes the estate of Christopher Wormeley. Capt. Chisman absent. Christopher Boyse owing creditors of the estage of Sir John Harvey 2384 lb. tobo. is ordered to pay George Ludlowe for the use of the creditors.
