Deed: Richard Bonnett to Thomas Pencherman, 1654, York Co. VA

To all &c. Whereas &c. Now know yee that I the Said Richard Bonnett Esq. do 
give and grant unto Thomas Pencherman Eighty Acres of Land Scituated in York 
County bounded on the Eastermost Side with the Swamp which devides this Land 
and the Land of William Graves North by West alonge the Said Swamp to Skemeno 
upon the Land of William Gantlett West South West along the Land of the Said 
Gantlett South and South South East upon the land of Phillip Taylor ded now 
in the Possession of William Roward and the said Pencherman. The Said land 
being due unto the Said Thomas Pencherman by and for the Transportation of 
two Persons into this Collony &c. to have and to hold &c. Yeilding and Paying 
&c. which payment is to be made &c. Dated the 24th of July 1654.
