Widow: Sarah

   I do with advice of the Council hereby certify that Sarah Tool, widow of 
Richard Tool, a soldier who died in the service of the United States, is 
continued on the pension list with an allowance of eight pounds yearly, 
commencing on the first day of January 1796.  Given under my hand as Governor of 
the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, this 27th day of September 1797.
