To Booth NUTTING, my seal ring and coyerfold (?) ring to enlarge it, and my Silver hat band. Two thirds of my personal estate to the FOUR daughters of Thomas NUTTING and Elizabeth, his wife, who's names are; MARY, ELIZABETH, HOPE and CATHERINE, the division to be made immediately after the probate of this Will, >From my wife's third she to give an inventory of my whole estate upon Oath to the Court and it shall remain in the hands of the executor, until he shall think it fitt to divide itt amongst them. If any of them should dye, the survivors to enjoy the share. As for my land, I give two thirds to Booth NUTTING with all benefits of housing, fencing and orchards. The land to remain in the hands of the executor until Booth Nutting reaches the age of one and twenty. In case he dye without heirs, then MARY Nutting to enjoy the land. After my wife's decease, the other one third to Booth Nutting. My son-in-law Thomas NUTTING to be executor. To my daughter, Jane NUTTING, all my plantation and tract of land whereon I dwell, but in case their be no heirs of her body, then do leave to my granddaughter, Elizabeth SCANTLER. To my daughter Katherine SHELDON, all my plantation and tract of land lying at the head of Charles River, adjoining to Hayward's Mill; but in case she died without issue, to my son-in-law Richard SHELDON during his natural life & after his decease, to go unto my Jane Nutting and her heirs. To my son-in-law Richard SCANTLER my seal ring, cane and sword. To my daughter Elizabeth DOZWELL, one negro man named Great Jake and one negro girl.
