Additional Comments:
Seeking how this soldier is related to me through my ancestors: brothers, Simeon and
Joel SMITH, who served from Vermont in the Rev. War. They had a brother, Recompense
SMITH, 1750-1751 who died young in Worcester Co., MA [Massachusetts], so this may
have been a namesake.
