George W. DROWN, Private, enlisted Jan. 20, 1862, mustered into 8th Regt., Co. K.,
of Concord, Vt., on Feb. 18, 1862, was taken prisoner Sept. 4, 1862; paroled Nov.
13, 1862; and mustered out June 22, 1864.

ROSTER OF VERMONTERS WHO SERVED IN THE CIVIL WAR, Prepared and republished under the
direction of Martha T. Rainville, The Adjutant General, Vol. 1, Camp Johnson,
Colchester, Vermont, 1998, page 87.
