Fairfield. Served in Capt. Kendall's Company, Col. Wm. Williams' Regt. Detached Militia in U.S. service 3 months and 28 days, 1812. Pension Certificate No. 17866. STATE OF VERMONT ROSTER OF SOLDIERS IN THE WAR OF 1812-14, prepared and published under the direction of Herbert T. Johnson, The Adjutant General, 1933, page 273. Additional Comments: To order military pension online check out http://www.nara.gov    Daniel Lockwood Alured Lockwood was b. in Fairfield VT on 13 May 1790 the son of John and Clarissa (Wheeler) Lockwood. Levi may have been a brother of a cousin. Alured moved to Licking County OH in 1814 along with John. The last account of John was in 1817 in Licking County. Alured m. Lucinda Galor in 1823 in Licking County. They had 10 children. Levi lived in Fairfax, VT and did not go to Licking County. Alured d. 1875. Brothers to Alured were Guy Carleton, Alonzo, Zalmon, and a sister Catharine.
