Served in Capt. Wright's Company, Col. Martindale's Regt. Detached Militia in U.S.
service 2 months and 14 days, 1812. Served from April 12 to April 21, 1814 in Capt.
Edmund B. Hill's Company, Sumner's Regt.

Source "State of Vermont ROSTER OF SOLIDERS IN THE WAR OF 1812-14", prepared and
published under the direction of Herbert T. Johnson, The Adjutant General, 1933,
page 283.
