Vermont State Police Report: SUMMARY OF CRASH: Op#1 was traveling north on VT RT
108S coming slightly downhill and coming into a left hand curve in the roadway. 

Witnesses reported that the Operator was traveling over the speed limit and the
vehicle was swerving back and forth as it appeared the operator had lost
control.  The vehicle went off the right side of the roadway, traveled down a
steep and deep embankment and came to rest when it struck a tree. 

Fire and rescue personnel advised that the operator did not have her seat belt
on and was lying on the passenger side seat.  The operator was talking at the
time of being transported and was taken to Fletcher Allen Hospital due to the
seriousness of her injuries.  The operator passed away a few days later due to
complications of her injuries.

of complications of her injuries
