West Halifax, Vt., disability incurred injury is right knee.

Milton, son of Jonathan and Elizabeth DALY POWERS, b. 1831 Orange, Orange Co., VT
and was a migrant worker;
1840 where is Milton Powers in VT, age 9 years?
1850 Lenox, Berkshire, MA, census Milton Powers living with George FITCH, age 38.
1861-1864 served in Civil War [I have a photo of him in his uniform]
Oct. 24, 1864 Milton Powers married Ellen D. MOWRY at the Methodist Episcopal Church
in Williamstown, Berkshire, MA, with Rev. Freeman Seymour presiding.
1870 & 1880 Whitingham, Windham, VT census living with father-in-law, Lucius Potter
Mowry and family;
1899 Milton Powers died Halifax, Windham Co., VT, and is buried in Sadawga Cemetery,
Whitingham, Windham Co., VT.  He was my maternal 2 great grandfather.
