They voted that Peter WHEELOCK, Philander SAWYER, and Seymour LANE serve as a committee to superintend "the laying out the money on the Burlington road." Additional Comments: Off from Main Street in Newport, VT, there is a street named "Seymour Lane" which views of Lake Memphremagog.
