History of South Troy Village Beyond the village there are many new homes till one reaches the turn to the River Road where there is a large farm now owned by the Archie Coulombe family. This farm was owned by a Willey family many years ago. Nearby is another home which at one time belonged to a Rev. Mr. Green family, [new page] now to a Niles family. If a right turn is made just across the bridge, the Loop Road makes a half circle coming back to the main road near the Westfield Cemetery and old Bailey farm. There are several old and new homes on this road among them the C.J. Morey place, the James Morey farm, the Belisle farm, Dolar Maloney, George Green, Dick Kendall, the Sanvile place, and Eli Taylor, a few others, and the Donald H.L. Brittain Manufacturing busines (Rozelle, Inc.); and near there was an old schoolhouse. Additional Comments: These were not my ancestors.
