STATE OF VERMONT ROSTER OF SOLDIERS IN THE WAR OF 1812-14, Prepared And Published Under The Direction Of Herbert T. Johnson, The Adjutant General, 1933, Page 107.
COBB, REUEL. 
Served in Capt. Mason's Company, Col. Fifield's Regt. Detached Militia in U.S.
service 6 months, 1812. Pension Certificate No. 16376. Pension Certificate of widow,
Nancy, No. 25378. 

Note: "Verified by Pension Bureau Records."

Listed on the tombstone at Clark's Cemetery, Morgan, Vermont: 

Soldier Reuel Cobb 3-18-1875 age 82. 
Wife     Nancy Cobb 1-28-1883 age 83. 
                Luther A. Cobb 3-1911 age 30. 
"He was a soldier of the 1812."
