Mrs. Harry Frazier returned to Rutland Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Stoddard of Rutland spent the Fourth in town. Mr. and Mrs. C Hill and daughters of Fair Haven are guests at George Capron's. Harry Knight and family of Proctor were at James Lochyer's from Saturday until Tuesday. Joseph Mason was called to Proctor Saturday owing to the illness of his brother. Mrs. Charles Robbins of Middletown Springs, who has been visiting her son, C. J. Wilbur since Saturday, has returned home. The ladies degree team will work the third and fourth degrees on a class of six at the grange meeting Friday evening. C. H. Drowns of Wallingford will make some remarks and refreshments will be served. Elsie Gilmore is slightly better of her serious illness. Mr. and Mrs. George Edgerton of Rutland, who have been at Herbert Graves since Saturday, have returned home. Mr. McKey of New York city is visiting his daughter, Mrs. H. W. Hudson.
