Belden Dies At Fair Haven [Vermont]   Mrs. Ida May Belden, who suffered a shock about two weeks ago passed away at her West Street home last Friday morning.  Although able to perform her household duties Mrs. Belden had been in failing health for two years, suffering from angina.    The deceased came to Fair Haven about 45 years ago, and was a member of the First Congregational church where she was an active worker.  She also took an active part in all the clubs of which she was an active member, including the art club, Ladies' Aid Society, Missionary Society, Order of the Eastern Star, and the Tuesday Afternoon Bridge Club.    Mrs. Belden was born in Fair Haven on October 7, 1873, a daughter of William S. & Lucia (Fogg) Smith, and was married in Comstock, N. Y. June 28, 1893.    Her immediate survivors are her husband Ernest D. Belden, her two brothers, Charles Smith of Atlantic City and Arthur E. Smith of Hudson Falls, N.Y.; and two sisters, Helen M. Smith of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Mrs. Edward Owens of this town.  She is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.    Funeral services were held at the late home 20 West St. on Sunday afternoon with the Rev. Robert H. Ball and the Rev. Herald K. Messner officiating. One selection "In the Garden," was sung by Mrs. Edward Stevenson.    Internment was in Cedar Grove cemetery where the Order of the Eastern Star conducted the committal prayer.   Additional Comments: Ida SMITH BELDEN was my maternal great aunt.
