Rolls Of Vermont Soldiers In The Revolutionay War
Thomas Whitcomb who was in Capt Beriah Green's Co. of Rangers raised for the defence
(sic.) of the frontiers of the State of Vermont, commencing Nov 30 and ending April
15, 1782.   He was discharged on March 31st. He served for 4 month and 1 day. Total
of 8.1.4. page 590

Pay Roll of Capt. Benj, Cox's Company of Militia for Scouting done pursuing after
the enemy to Brookfield the year past 1780.   Time of service 3 days went 25 miles.
Total of 0.12.5 shillings. page  293
