CYNTHIA L. TUCKER, administrator on the estate of GEORGE C. TUCKER, deceased, late
of Halifax, was granted a license to sell the real estate at a probate court held in
Brattleboro on 30 Oct. 1886. She sold land to L. P. MAUREY and MILTON POWERS of
Halifax for $1,475. Land is in Halifax, bounded on the east by CALVERT JONES, the
estate of FAYETTE H. NILES, the estate of O. A. SPERRY and TIMOTHY LARRABEE; bounded
on the south by lands of D. E. TUCKER, GEORGE P. WORDEN, TIMOTHY LARRABEE and NATHAN
LEARNARD; bounded on the west by the estate of LEWIS SUMNER and lands of H. R.
STONE, TIMOTHY LARRABEE and A. F. WORDEN; bounded on the north by A.F. WORDEN, FRANK
WORDEN, H. R. STONE and the estates of JOSEPH E. TUCKER and CALVERT JONES. Tract
contains 160 acres, and is all the real estate owned by said George E. Tucker.
