Book Title: OFFICIAL HISTORY OF GUILFORD, VERMONT 1678-1961, @1961

A plan of Guilford, drawn by Nathan Wright, surveyor, in 1765, showing the original
50-acres and 100-acres lots.  The names of many of the earliest settlers [excerpt]:
Homestead lot #147 Comfort Starr, Edward Barney,
Homestead lot #121 Comfort Starr.


Additional Comments:
Lot #147 is larger than a 100-acre lot while Lot #121 is just right of it, a
100-acre lot.  
These lots are not far from Brattleboro and Halifax, Vermont [VT] town lines.
