Ephraim Gale, Sr. (Q.v.) Silence, b. June 1, 1763 Betsey, b. July 29, 1765 Nathan, b. July 6, 1767 Asa, b. Oct. 24, 1769, m. Esther ? Hannah, b. Feb. 12, 1772 Lydia, b. Sept. 5, 1774." A plan of Guilford, Vt., drawn by Nathan Dwight, surveyor, in 1765, showing the original 50-acre and 100-acre lots. Micah Rice owned 100 acres homestead lot #77 between lot #84 owned by Asa Rice and Solomon Smith and lot #64 owned by Asa Rice and Silas Cutter and near lot #83 owned by Abisha Rice and Ward Bullock. Other homestead lots were #39 owned by Asa Rice, Jr., #58 owned by Frances Rice, #127 owned by Abel Rice, #19 owned by Josiah Rice, and #7 owned by Phineas Rice.
