Benjamin Burch b 4 Nov. 1751, Stonington [CT].  He likely went with his family to
Hartford, Vt, about 1766, when his father purchased property there. <excerpt> 

A death notice in the Christian Guardian, a Wesley Methodist publication, indicated
that a Benjamin Birch d. at Seignivry, Argenteuil County, Quebec, 6 Feb. 1836, in
his 86th year.
