Governor, Treasurer of the State, Counselor and a Representative to represent the town in General Assembly for the year ensuing- Dated at Hertford the 21st day of August 1819th Beni Udall First Constable The following are the names of those that took the Freemen Oath Joseph Berry, R Marsh, Benj. Since they were made freeman on the same date, I question whether or not they may have been twins. Benjamin B. POWERS was born 3 July 1798 in Hartford, Windsor Co., VT, and married Mary Ann MARSH POWELL.
