Lester Jansen and the Rev. Alfred Carter officiating. Her home was in Ritzville. Her survivors include two daughters, Mrs. May Ensz of Ritzville, and Mrs. Arthur Hoefel of Odessa. Other survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Lena Niman, Portland, Ore., Mrs. M. Gerber, Monroe, Mrs. Bess Kaser, Silverton, Ore., and one granddaughter, Kathleen Hoefel of Odessa. Interment was in the Mennonite cemetery. Mrs. Nightengale died March 29 at the Henry Wiebe home at the age of 85 years. Funeral arrangements were in charge of the Danekas funeral home. Called to Coast by Nehr's Death WASHTUCNA - Mr. and Mrs. John Crouse was called to Seattle Saturday by the death of "Cap" Casper Peter Nehr, who passed away Tuesday. Mr. Nehr was married to the former Bina Garrity, who with three children, Bill of Kake, Alaska, Mary Ann and Rose Ellen, survive him. He was 58 years of age. Rosary was held Sunday evening and burial was Monday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Schaeffer also attended the funeral. Mr. Crouse and Mr. Schaeffer were pallbearers. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, April 9, 1959 Dale Beckner Final Rites Held Tuesday WASHTUCNA - Dale Sydney Beckner, a resident of the Washtucna community, passed away at St. Mary's hospital in Walla Walla Saturday evening, April 4. Mr. Beckner was born in Pendleton, Ore., April 25, 1925. He moved with his parents to a farm near Washtucna in 1929. He completed his education in Kahlotus schools, graduating in 1943. The following year he married Ellen Elsie Lilley. To them three children were born, Terry Gene, 12, Larry Dale 7, and Jerry Wayne 5. Mr. Beckner was a member of Rimrock Grange, Washtucna Community church and Benge Lodge No. 296, IOOF. Last rites were held at Washtucna Community church Tuesday with the Rev. William Woodworth officiating. Burial was at Desert Lawn Memorial park, Kennewick. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, April 16, 1959 John Weber Dies At Quincy Home QUINCY - John Weber, 72-year-old member of a pioneer Quincy family and a one time resident of Ritzville, died Sunday night at a Soap Lake hospital. He had undergone surgery last Thursday. Weber was born at Walter, Russia, on Dec. 12, 1886. He and his family settled in Ritzville in 1902 and he went to Quincy a few years later. He farmed there until his retirement. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Emelia Weber of the Quincy home; four sons, Paul, Arthur, Harold and Clarence Weber, all of Quincy; two daughters, Mrs. William Wahl of Lind and Mrs. Robert Molden of Ephrata; several brothers, including Henry, George and Conrad Weber, all of Quincy; 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon in the Quincy United Church under direction of the Columbia Funeral chapel. Butler Rites Held At Lind Funeral services for William O. Butler were held Monday, April 6, from the Methodist church in Lind with the Rev. A. F. Bursch officiating. Mr. Butler passed away at the Adams County Memorial hospital on April 3 at the age of 69 years. He had lived in Lind for the past 40 years and had just retired after working for the Union Elevator company. He is survived by his wife, Anna, at the home in Lind; by one daughter, Mrs. Edith Weston, and one son, Lloyd Butler, both of Lind. Other survivors include one sister, Mrs. Nancy Kean of Ukiah, Calif.; two brothers, John E. and Robert Butler, both of Jacksonville, Ill., and by two grandchildren. Danekas Funeral home was in charge of arrangments. Interment was in the Lind cemetery. Ex-County Man Dies In Cle Elum WASHTUCNA - Mr. and Mrs. Bill Plumb and children went to Spokane Saturday where they attended the graveside services for Charles Henderson, who was a former resident of Washtucna, whose home had been in South Cle Elum. Henderson, who was a former resident of Spokane Valley and Washtucna, is survived by his wife, Bertha, three sons, one of whom, Ernie, is married to the former Jane Plumb; three sisters, a daughter, Mrs. K. L. Nelson of Seattle, 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Hatton Area Pioneer Dies Funeral services for Mary Belle Lyle, 98, a pioneer of the Hatton vicinity, were conducted last Thursday at the Danekas funeral home with the Rev. W. H. Ritchey of Lind officiating. Interment was at the Lind cemetery. Mrs. Lyle died at Adams County Memorial hospital where she had been a patient for four years. She was a daughter of S. D. and Elizabeth Gregg and was born on Feb. 11, 1861, near Independence, Mo. She was married to Francis Marion Lyle on March 25, 1894, at Greenville, Texas. He preceded her in death. The Lyles homesteaded in the Hatton area in 1901 on a ranch now operated by two grandsons, Rex and Elwyn Lyle. Surviving are two sons, Dan Lyle of Lind, and Sam Lyle of Connell; two brothers, J. R. and Charles Gregg of Kansas City, Mo., six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Lester, Rex and Elwyn Lyle, Wesley Fritzsimmons, Kenneth McDaniel and Richard Mason, grandsons of the deceased. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, April 23, 1959 Henry Benzel Dies In City; Rites Tuesday Funeral services for Henry Benzel were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, from the Philadelphia Congregational church with the Rev. Herbert C. Haemmelman officiating. Benzel passed away April 18 at the Adams County Memorial hospital at the age of 68 years. He was born Oct. 19, 1890, in Kolb, Russia, and had been in the United States for 47 years. He had farmed in the Marcellus and Ralston areas. For the past 11 years Mr. and Mrs. Benzel had made their home in Ritzville. He was a member of the Philadelphia Congregational church. Survivors include the wife, Anna, at the home; four daughters, Mrs. Esther McRae, Mrs. Dorothy Meyer, Mrs. Shirley Klein, all of Ritzville, and Mrs. Ilene Ellsworth of Indianapolis, Ind. Also surviving are six sons, Fred H., Lawrence, Arthur and Melvin, all of Ritzville, Victor of Sprague and Everett of Rancho Cordova, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Anna Stromberger of Sprague and 20 grandchildren. Interment was in the Ritzville Memorial cemetery with the Danekas Funeral home in charge of arrangements. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, April 30, 1959 Steinmetz, Sr., Services Held Funeral services for Henry Steinmetz, sr., were held from the Emanuel Lutheran church Saturday, April 25. He had been ill since late last fall. He died at a Moses Lake hospital April 22 at the age of 73. Mr. Steinmetz was born Sept. 9, 1886, in Dietel, Russia. He was baptized and confirmed into the Lutheran faith and was a member of the Lutheran church in Ritzville. On Dec. 22, 1905, he was united in marriage to Elizabeth Koch in Dietel, Russia. The following year they came to the United States and made their home in the Odessa territory. In 1932 they moved to Ritzville and since had been residents of this city. Mr. Steinmetz was an employee of the Ritzville Flouring Mills for about 24 years. He worked for the state game department for two years and for the past year was caretaker of the city park. Besides the widow, Elizabeth, at the home, other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ella Deking, Davenport, and Mrs. Esther Watkins of Ford; four sons, Alex, Herman and Henry, jr., all of Ritzville, and Roy of Vancouver; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Two children preceded him in death. Burial was in the Lutheran cemetery with the Danekas Funeral home in charge. Ex-Teacher In Area Dies ODESSA - Funeral services for Mrs. Bernadine Minerva Frick of Marlin, formerly of Moody and Opportunity, were conducted Saturday afternoon in the English Congregational church. Burial was in the Odessa cemetery. Mrs. Frick, wife of Fred Frick of Marlin, died in a Spokane hospital last week after being confined there four days. She was regent of Central Washington College of Education, a 4-H leader for 28 years, Grant county, "Woman of the Year" and the Ephrata BPW's "Woman of Achievement." Mrs. Frick also was active in many organizations. The Marlin lady was born in Red Lodge, Mont., on Oct. 2, 1904. She taught in country schools at Weber coulee and Scheller, the later near Odessa. She was married in Odessa to Fred Frick on May 18, 1924. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. R. L. (Lorraine) Goetz of Odessa, Mrs. Don (Allison) Swartz of Moses Lake, Mrs. Chris R. (Phyliss) Larsen of Manhattan, Kans.; two sons, Donald W. and Donald N. Frick, both of Marlin, and 19 grandchildren. Ex-'Tucna Man Dies In Seattle WASHTUCNA - Mr. and Mrs. John S. Gray have received word from Mrs. John R. Hanson of Seattle that Mr. Hanson passed away from a heart attack Friday. Mr. Hanson was superintendent of Washtucna schools from 1946 through 1950, coming to Washtucna from Oakesdale. A memorial service was given Sunday afternoon in the University Congregational church in Seattle. He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Peck of Seattle; two sons, John R., jr., in Seattle, and David in Los Angeles, and several grandchildren. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, May 7, 1959 Victor Jensen Service Held LIND - Funeral services for Victor Jensen were held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 4, at the Good Hope Lutheran church in Lind with the Rev. Donald Beake officiating. Mr. Jensen was killed last Friday morning in a fall from a bridge being built across the Providence coulee and Northern Pacific railway tracks between Cunningham and Hatton. Adams county coroner Gordon Swyter and Sheriff Clint Rowe investigated. Swyter said Jensen fell about 32 feet and was killed instantly. He had been a carpenter for the Walter G. Meyers Construction company. Mr. Jensen was born Aug. 3, 1905, in North Dakota and had lived in Lind for the past 13 years. Mr. Jensen was a member of the IOOF lodge no. 231 and of the Good Hope Lutheran church. Survivors include the wife, Eleanor, at the home; three daughters, Mrs. Sharon Woodard, Dalbarg Jensen and Vicki Jensen, all of Lind; three sons, Ralph with the U. S. Navy and Allen and Carl, both Lind. He is also survived by four sisters, Mrs. Jack Colander, Spokane; Mrs. Marie Anderson, Longview; Mrs. George Haney, Butte, Mont., and Mrs. Allen Schwartz, Salt Lake City; two brothers, Harold and Walter Jensen, both of Chester, Mont. Interment was in the Lind cemetery with Danekas funeral home in charge. Johnston Rites Scheduled May 7 Funeral services for Wendell Holmes Johnston will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) from the Washtucna Community church. Mr. Johnston passed away at the home of his parents in Washtucna May 5, at the age of 50. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Johnston of Washtucna; six sisters, Hazel Pounds, Post Falls, Ida.; Edra Dekins, Ketchikan, Alaska; Illma Ruppert, Washtucna; Wilma Keogh, Vancouver, Wash., and Beulah McKnight, Prosser. Also surviving are five brothers, Neil and Marshall, Washtucna; Newell of Hatton; Ray of Bellevue and Roy of Ritzville. Burial will be in the Washtucna cemetery with the Danekas funeral home in charge. Stueve Funeral Held Monday Requiem mass was said for Anton Stueve at 9 a.m. Monday, May 4, from St. Agnes Catholic church in Ritzville with the Rev. Joseph Pash officiating. Stueve was born Feb. 19, 1891, and passed away April 30 at the age of 68 years. He is survived by one sister, Anna Schmetz of Melrose, Minn., and one brother, Henry, of Albany, Minn. Interment will be in the Ritzville Memorial cemetery with Danekas funeral home in charge of arrangements. Schoessler Rites Held Funeral services for Henry Schoessler who passed away at a local hospital May 3 at the age of 80, were conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Zion Congregational church. The Rev. R. W. Rieger, pastor, officiated. Mr. Schoessler was born in Hitchcock county near Culbertson, Neb., on May 3, 1879. He died following hospitilization for more than two years. He came west by covered wagon in 1882 to Walla Walla, Wash., and on to Ritzville six years later in 1888. Mr. Schoessler and Katherine Yost were married in Lincoln, Neb., on Feb. 9, 1904. They farmed 3-1/2 miles northwest of Ritzville until he retired. Four sons were born to this marriage, Harold who is deceased; Walter, Raymond and Marvin, all of Ritzville. He also is survived by one sister, Mrs. Fred Thiel of Astoria, Ore., and eight grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death on Oct. 28, 1946. He was a member of the Zion church. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, May 14, 1959 Hoffman Rites Held Monday Funeral services for Daniel Hoffman, who passed way May 6 in a Spokane hospital, were held at 2 p.m. Monday from the Danekas funeral home chapel with the Rev. Herbert C. Haemmelmann officiating. He was born in Kulm, Russia, and had made his home in Lind. He had lived in the Ritzville community for the past 58 years. He was 74 years of age at the time of his death. Mr. Hoffman is survived by three sisters, Mrs. John Lutz, Mrs. Andrew Kleinknecht of Newport and Mrs. Gust Knodel of Lind; five brothers, John, Ritzville; Reinhold, American Falls, Ida.; Fred, Spokane; Emanuel, Portland, and Ernest of LaPuenta, Calif. Danekas funeral home was in charge of arrangements and burial was in the Ritzville Memorial cemetery. Mrs. Anna Arlt Final Rites Held Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Emanuel Lutheran church in Ritzville for Mrs. Anna Arlt, 84-year-old Grant county pioneer, who died Sunday in Wilson Creek. Burial was in Ritzville Memorial cemetery. Mrs. Arlt, a native of Minnesota, and her late husband homesteaded in Weber coulee between Moses Lake and Ritzville late in the 1800s. She was a member of the local church. Survivors include one son, five daughters, a sister, 37 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, May 21, 1959 Moeller Rites Held Tuesday Funeral services for William Frederick Moeller, 64, of Harrington, who was killed last Friday morning in a Greyhound bus-car crash near Harrington, were held at the Emauel Lutheran church in Ritzville Tuesday afternoon. The Rev. Fred Henke officiated and burial was in the Lutheran cemetery at Ritzville. Danekas funeral home was in charge of arrangements. Twenty-five persons on the double decker bus were injured in the accident, including Jake Frick and John F. Spreck, both of Odessa. Moeller belonged to Liberty Grange of Mohler, the Harrington Lions club, Washington State Cattlemen's association, Harrington Gun club, Washington Association of Wheat Growers and the Lutheran church in Davenport. Surviving are his wife, Agnes, at the home; one daughter, Karen, at the home; five sons, Ronald, Harold, Paul at the home; William F. Moeller, jr., of Ritzville, and Harry Moeller of Harrington. Also there are two brothers, Herbert Moeller of Ritzville and Otto Moeller of Spokane; three sisters, Mrs. Herman Schwisow, Mrs. Frank Schwisow and Mrs. August Sielaff, all of Ritzville, and six grandchildren. Eckhardt Rites Held On Monday Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Eckhardt, who passed away May 13, were held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Zion Congregational church in Ritzville with the Rev. R. W. Rieger officiating. Mrs. Eckhardt is survived by her husband, Jacob, at the home; two daughters, Mrs. Marguerite McCrorey, Spokane; Mrs. Mary Winona, Ephrata; two sons, William and John, both of Ritzville; and six grandchildren. Other survivors include two sisters, Mrs. W. A. Arlt, Ritzville; Mrs. John Luiten, Spokane; three brothers, Charles Schwerin, Ritzville; Paul Schwerin, Kettle Falls, and Fred Schwerin, Spokane. Interment was in Ritzville Memorial cemetery with Danekas funeral home in charge of arrangements. Ralph Snyder Services Held WASHTUCNA - Funeral services for Ralph William Snyder, 35, who was killed in an airplane crash near Coulee City late last week, were held at the Bar U cemetery Monday with the Rev. Joseph Pash officiating. Burial was in the same cemetery. Danekas funeral home of Ritzville was in charge of arrangements. Snyder was on his way to the Washington State Cattlemen's association meeting then being held in Okanogan at the time of the mishap. He and his father, Ralph W. Snyder, were named state cattlemen of the year in 1955. He was a member of the state cattlemen's association and the Flying Farmers organization. Surviving are his wife, Barbara, at the home; four children, Ralph William, jr., Richard, Joseph, Barbara Lynn and Aimee, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph W. Snyder of the Bar U ranch. Other survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Peyton Reid of Portland, Mrs. Wallace Cleveland of Bend, Ore., and Mrs. Richard Coon of Ellensburg. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, May 28, 1959 None Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, June 4, 1959 Carrie Shepley Rites Slated Here June 4 Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Shepley, who died in Kirkland recently, will be held in Kirkland today (Thursday) with graveside services in Ritzville Memorial cemetery at 4 p.m. the same day. Ritzville Chapter of Order of Eastern Star will be in charge of the rites. Mr. and Mrs. Shepley were part owners of the Myers-Shepley store here. H. C. Larsen Dies At Hatton Place HATTON - H. C. Larsen passed away in his sleep last Thursday morning at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Larsen. The funeral home in Othello was in charge of arrangements and interment will be in Vancouver. Mr. Larsen had been afflicted with asthma and a heart condition for some time. After the death of his wife a year ago last February, he had made his home with his son. Mr. and Mrs. Larsen went to Battleground Thursday night to make the necessary arrangements. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, June 11, 1959 Emma Z. Schafer Final Rites Held Funeral services for Emma Z. Schafer, who passed away in Moses Lake June 8, were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Danekas funeral home chapel with the Rev. Alfred Carter officiating. Mrs. Schafer was born March 21, 1878, in Alexandria, Minn., and had lived in the Ritzville area for the past 20 years. She is survived by her sister, Mrs. W. H. Kreager of Ritzville; one niece and two nephews. Interment was in the Ritzville Memorial cemetery with Danekas funeral home in charge. Shepley Rites Held In City Funeral services for Carrie B. Shepley of Kirkland, formerly of Ritzville, were conducted at Kirkland in the chapel of the Green funeral home June 4, followed by graveside services in Ritzville given by the Eastern Star chapter of this city. She was born in Wheeling, W. Va., on Aug. 18, 1872. Mrs. Shepley came to Ritzville in 1893 as the bride of Fred B. Shepley who was in business with his father at that time. The firm was known as the Myers- Shepley company until 1939 when it went out of business. Mr. Shepley died in the early 1920s. Mrs. Shepley resided in Ritzville until 1939 when she moved to Kirkland to be near her only son, Eugene. For the last three years she made her home with her son and there she died May 31. Mrs. Shepley was a member of the Rebekahs, American Legion auxiliary and Order of Eastern Star. Survivors besides her son Eugene of Kirkland are a great-granddaughter, Margiene of Kirkland, and a grandson, Russell of San Diego, Calif., seven grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Paul Hitchcock. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, June 18, 1959 Funeral Held For Pettijohn Albert E. Pettijohn, 73, former federal and King county law enforcement officer, passed away June 4 in Lodi, Calif., where he had lived the past 14 years. Mr. Pettijohn was born in Clay Center, Kan., and came to Ritzville as a youth. He lived in Seattle for 20 years prior to 1944. He was a federal proibition agent at one time and later was employed by the King county sheriff's department. He retired several years ago as an agent of the treasury department's alcohol tax unit. He was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Survivors include his wife, Mary, one son, William, both of Lodi; two brothers, Thomas Pettijohn, Seattle, and Howard Pettijohn, Berkley, Calif.; four sisters, Mrs. James Wood and Mrs. Henry Ahlers, both Ritzville, Mrs. Agnes Higginbotham, Auburn, and Mrs. Melvin B. Pettibone, Seattle and two grandchildren; Funeral services were held in Lodi June 9. Services Held for K. Kiesz Funeral services were held Monday afternoon for one of Ritzville's pioneers, Katherina Kiesz, in the Philadelphia Congregational church. She was 86 years old. The Rev. Herbert Haemmelmann officiated. Interment followed at the Ritzville Memorial cemetery. Mrs. Kiesz died last Friday after a lengthy illness. She was born in Russia Jan. 28, 1873, and had been in the United States 64 years. She moved to Ritzville 58 years ago after living in the Dakotas. Her husband, Wilhelm, died 10 years ago. Mrs. Kiesz was a member of the Philadelphia Congregational church and a member of the Senior Ladies Aid of that church. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Emma Borgens of Ritzville, and Mrs. Lydia Dorn of Tacoma; three sons, Edward Kiesz of Odessa, Gottliez Kiesz of Ritzville, and Arthur Kiesz of Milwaukie, Ore.; and one sister, Mrs. Lean Carle of Walla Walla. She had 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren. Hatterle Rites Held June 17 Funeral services were held yesterday in the Emanuel Lutheran church for Helene Hetterle who died last Saturday after a lingering illness. She was 57 years old. Interment was at the Lind cemetery. The Rev. Wagner officiated. Mrs. Hetterle was born in Russia on Dec. 19, 1901. She moved to Ritzville seven years ago. She was a member of the Lutheran church. She is survived by three daughters, Natelle Hetterle of Ritzville, Helen Siegle of Denver, Colo., and Hilda Hetterle in Russia; one son, Herbert Hetterle, in Russia; four sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Kulm of Ritzville, Katherina Fiege, Mathilda Roson and Carolina Sheps, all in Russia; and four brothers, Henry Orman of Lind, Fred Orman, McLaughlin, S.D., John and Johannes Orman in Russia. Hans Larsen Dies At 73 HATTON - Funeral services were held at Vancouver, Wash., for Hans Christian Larsen, 73, who died in his sleep of a heart attack May 28. The Rev. George Schubert, pastor of the Community church at Battleground, officiated. Interment was in the Bush Prairie cemetery with Green Valley Lodge no. 171, IOOF, conducting graveside services. Mr. Larsen was born Oct. 14, 1885, at Tombstone, Ariz., and married Cora Natalia Beckman at Vancouver, Wash., Sept. 21, 1909. He was a life long resident of Clark county, Wash., until he came to live with his son, George Larsen, at Hatton. Prior to coming to Hatton, he lived in his home at Battleground with his wife who passed away last year. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Irma Pinster of Cascadia, Ore.; a son, George Larsen of Hatton, and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Donis of Portland, Ore., and Mrs. Kate Simmonson of Smith River, Calif. Ritzville Journal-Times, Thursday, June 25, 1959 Emilia Derr Passes At 74 Funeral services were held for Mrs. Emilia Derr at the Emanuel Lutheran church Monday. The Rev. Albert Wagner officiated. She was buried beside her husband, Henry Derr, at the Lutheran cemetery. Mrs. Derr died in the Ritzville hospital June 18. She was 74. She was born in Kulm, Russia, on Oct. 28, 1884, and had lived in Ritzville for 61 years. She was a member of Emanuel Lutheran church and the senior ladies aid. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ed Hinrichs, Mrs. Rudy Koch, and Mrs. Lavine Thaut of Ritzville; two sons, Samuel and Theodore Derr of Spokane; two half-sisters, Mrs. John Speck of Odessa, and Mrs. Ed Radach of Dryden; one half-brother, Nath Lobe of Odessa; and 10 grandchildren. Service Held For Mrs. Scott Funeral services were held Saturday for Mrs. Carrie Anna Scott at the Trinity Methodist church. The Rev. Dr. Alfred Carter officiated. Interment followed at Ritzville Memorial cemetery. Mrs. Scott died in the Ritzville hospital after being there 11 days. She was 64 years old. Mrs. Scott was born in North Dakota on Jan. 30, 1895, and had lived in Ritzville 10 years. She formerly lived on a farm near Benge. She died June 18. She is survived by her husband, Roy P. Scott, of Ritzville; one sister, Mrs. Stanley Rinineger of Coeur d'Alene, Ida.; four brothers, John M. Ryan of Puyallup, Olaf N. Ryan and Carl M. Ryan, both of Thief River Falls, Minn., and Allan C. Ryan, Coeur d'Alene, Ida. Mrs. Scott was a member of the Legion auxiliary, garden club, hospital auxiliary and the Trinity Methodist church.
