Remember,satisfactory work in cleaning and pressing suits by F.Macy at Biesecker and Westhoff's store. Mr. and Mrs. Asa Blair have been at their ranch this week caring for their grain crop,which was being threshed. Mr. and Mrs. R.W.LOe.of Centerville,Wash.,arrived yesterday and will visit several days with the family of their son,Kelley Loe. Congressman Wesley L.Jones,of North Yakima,who is a candidate for United States ,will speak in McKever's Hall Wednesday evening,Sepr.2 at 8 P.M. Ol Clark had an unpleasant experience at the mill,Wednesday,and one which might have proved more serious. He was working at the digesters,and in some way fell,and narrowly missed getting into one of the vats.As it was,a lot of chips were let down upon him,and he was buried several feet.It was half an hour before he could be dug out by the other workmen.Before they reached him,he became unconscious,but as soon as he got air he was restored.
